THE ROLE
Commercial Interns will:
• Work on real tasks and assignments
• Participate in cross-functional training
• Execute a mini business project
• Receive mentorship from functional managers
• Be evaluated for potential full-time opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Traditional Trade Sales Intern
• Support the Sales Director and Traditional Trade (TT) sales team through daily coordination, progress tracking, performance analysis, and communication follow ups.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, sell in / sell out data, stock levels, and distributor performance.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Support sales meetings, training sessions, and Traditional Trade initiatives when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure accurate and timely sales information.
• Assist in field observations or market visits when needed to gather insights on Traditional Trade execution.
2. Technical Sales Intern
• Support key Project customers visits, meeting follow-ups, and relationship coordination with contractors and decision-makers
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project documentation for internal approval
• Analyze competitor insights, pricing information, and market updates
• Maintain project pipeline tracking, update sales progress, and support weekly/monthly reporting.
3. Logistics Intern
• Manage orders and invoices, handle customer inquiries through multiple channels
• Provide customers with product information, order status, and delivery plans
• Confirm order fulfillment dates and product availability
• Support stock allocation by customers; Create delivery notes
• Coordinate and support Area Sales Managers
• Prepare credit notes in accordance with SAP procedures and ensure correct invoicing
• Maintain relationships with carriers and 3PL partners
• Support tender processes with logistics partners
• Prepare letters/notices for customers or construction contractors
• Support other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned
4. Data Analyst Intern
• Support Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing team with data gathering and analysis on Commercial projects
• Document meeting minutes, decisions, and business/functional requirements (BRD)
• Support working on Commercial Dashboards by using Excel, Power BI
• Assist in preparing reports and project documentation
• Act as a communication bridge between Project Owners and project teams
5. Parts & Service Intern
• Utilize technical knowledge related to mechanical/electrical systems to support service stations with basic troubleshooting guidance under supervision of senior technicians
• Assist in checking repair cases and service records in system
• Identify issues or unusual patterns that require attention
• Able to read and understand basic technical documentation

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4th-year university students or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of work experience
• Majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Mechatronics, Refrigeration/HVAC, Data, or related fields
• Strong learning agility and ownership mindset
• Clear communication and collaboration capability
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, MS Office, AI-based tool
• Proactive, structured, and energetic working style
• Good english skills (Basic English is acceptable for Parts & Services Intern)
• Available full-time for 6 months
