● Searching information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to

develop business

● Assisting with the production, distribution and mailing of information to clients and partners

● Working in the development of new partnerships by supporting in research, preparation for

meetings, pitches and proposals

● Translating documents, proposals, agreements of Partnership Team from Vietnamese to English

and vice versa

● Supporting with administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes,

creating agendas and dealing with external enquiries

● Supporting BOD and Partnership Team in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve

business development goals

● Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required

● Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English

● Interpersonal skills and problem-solving

● Experienced in performing thorough desk-based research with the ability to concisely summarize

information and identify key points

● Good at computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides

● Detail-oriented and organized

● Quick learner who listens and asks good questions

● Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. This means you are willing to put in the

effort/time required to get the job "done right" - not "done right now."

● Enough confidence to share your ideas, participate in business conversations, and take (or give)
