What you will do:
Coordinate with managers and leaders to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
Manage the posting job issues in recruitment channels.
Process internal interview procedure: Screen CV, schedule interviews, and coordinate with manager & leaders of all department to interview and select candidates.
Directly join interview with candidates, perform onboarding activities.
Maintain and update candidate records in the company system.
Responsible for the employer branding activities through maintaining the relationship with universities and managing the social channels of company.
Who we need:
Final-year student in University/College (majoring in Finance - Banking, Economics is an advantage).
Fluent in English.
Can work full-time.
Social, team spirit & able to work under pressure.
